I read somewhere Carnival has some kind of chair lift to take you to the beach. Does anyone know how much they charge for it ?Do you have to pay for both ways

You are talking about the lift at Mahagony Bay, their "private" beach/dock area. (Check it out on youtube.)

Never been on Carnival, but others here have said you buy tix on the ship. It isn't a very long walk to the beach...and you can actually make it faster than the ride. But if you have mobility problems, I guess it's a good way to save steps.

Thanks so much for such a quick response. I will check it out. We have no problem walking but was just wondering how much they were charging for another added extra.
