Brighton Beach

Hi;

We're doing a cruise n'stay with Thomsons, spending the first week at the Club Barbados.

I don't know what time they'll transfer us to the ship, but if it gives us a few hours, will it be worth walking to Brighton Beach?

Comments on this beach seem a bit ambivalent and the Cockspur Beach Club is closed (?) so any advice well-received.

Thinking of visiting Carlysle Bay on our final day when we'll have more time.
