Assuming shops and tours will be open as usual on the Monday(4-1-13) after Easter. Just wanting some confirmation, thanks!

I believe most tours and tourist oriented activity will be open on the Easter Monday.

 

It is however a local holiday and most business places will be closed. You will find lots of locals on the beach on these days.:)
