Was just there Friday and it was $25 for 25the minutes if I'd known it was that good I'd have done a longer one

On their website it says with the purchase of a massage you get access to Mr. Sancho's does that include the all-inclusive pass with drinks/food?

I highly doubt a massage includes AI in the price. You can get into Mr. Sanchos at no charge, even without a massage...

Does anyone know if we could take a bus or taxi on our own to Mr. Sanchos?

Yes, you easily can by taxi. If I remember correctly, it's $15 USD each way for up to 4 people. Not sure about the bus though...
