Paradise cabin under the Galley

Hi everyone!

I am leaving on the Paradise in 3 weeks and I cannot wait. I am booked in Cabin E166, I have never cruised this high up on the ship before, and I'm excited!

But I just noticed that we are right under the Galley.

Has anyone ever stayed here or near here?

I'm pretty sure no matter what I'll enjoy every minute of it, but should I anticipate a lot of noise?

I was in E187, a bit more aft than your cabin, and under the dining room. I thought it might be noisy, but the ship must be pretty well insulated. No noise, and no problem at all. I'll bet you'll be just fine.

We will be in that general area on our cruise. If you get no answers, would you mind updating when you get back? I was a little worried myself with this location.

Thanks everyone!

At this point it is only 9 days away and I can't even imagine worrying about the noise, I'm so excited I may Pop!!!:D:D

But I will definitely come back and let you know too!

Hey everyone! Back from the Paradise and I didn't want to leave!

Our cabin was directly under the Galley, but we really had no problems, the only time I ever heard anything was at around 5pm, when I came down before dinner. Still very quiet, but I heard what sounded like carts going over. Not enough to bother me at all, and nothing in the mornings or at bed time.

Have fun!
