Considering Cheers...how much is Margarita and sparking H20 bottle?

Looking at Cheers program and trying to decide if it is worthwhile for us. We order a bottle of sparkling water with dinner every night and would get a 25% discount. I remember getting margarita's by the pool and some were Premium but I cant remember how much any of them were. Anyone? Beer is $4.50 I think right?
