On carnival you can preorder a bottle of booze to have in your room when you arrive. Can you do this on rc and how do you so this?

You can order wine for your stateroom through Gifts and Gear on the RCI website :) It will be waiting for you when you board.

My husband and I have done the pre-order on Carnival the last few years and it's great. We still buy plenty of drinks but as the familiar refrain goes - "It's nice to be able to have a drink in the room or out on the balcony." I sure wish Royal Caribbean would get with it on this one. Also wish they would get their drink package more in line with Celebrity's (which we've also purchased).
