pj-atsea Posted June 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2005 Has anyone gone on the Folkloric Evening excursion with Princess Cruiseline? It looks interesting in the brochure but I would like to hear from anyone who has done it, since it is $79. per person.. I have heard that the Cruiseline brings a folkloric group on board and if it is similar, then maybe we will skip the excursion. Unless anyone can tell me that it is well worth the money. Thank you. pj

giraffe0514 Posted June 7, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2005 We went on Celebrity. At first we thought the full day of touring would be exhausting and that the ship would have local entertainment, but they announced the night before that the showroom would be "dark". During our day tour with Red october we had a chance to add the Folkloric show. 11 of us went in a van and they charged $42 a piece. The show was marvelous. The costumes great, the entertainers talented and very athletic and syncronated. Very glad we went.
pj-atsea Posted June 7, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted June 7, 2005 Thanks Giraffe0514, I misstated the amount of the Princess tour, it is $52.00 not $79.I wonder if you go to the same show as the Princess tour take you.?
