Donna - dsw Posted January 25, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Is there a website that shows which rooms and balconies are connecting on the Carnival Breeze - Thank you and TGIF!
bucks724 Posted January 25, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Yes. There are little symbols on the actual deck plans. I think the triangle means the rooms connect from the inside. Pull up the deck plans and you'll see a legend on there. Are you looking to get a connecting room or avoid one? My sister was placed in one recently and she said they could hear everything from their neighbors - a good thing if you're putting your kids in one, a bad thing if they are strangers! bucks724 Posted January 25, 2013 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Also, the balcony in our room a few weeks ago, according to the legend, did not connect with our friends' balcony, but it actually did. I may be wrong, but I think just about all balconies open to the ones next door.
Donna - dsw Posted January 25, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Thank you - actually we have 3 aft balconies on the Breeze - wondering if they can all connect or who can and who can not!
bucks724 Posted January 25, 2013 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Nice! I've never checked the aft balconies. I've never been lucky enough to snag one in time!

laxlove6 Posted January 25, 2013 #7 Share Posted January 25, 2013 I could be wrong but many ships actually have all balconies that connect for cleaning purposes.
RAYMORRA Posted January 25, 2013 #8 Share Posted January 25, 2013 My TA told me that if the room's connect, the balconies do not and if the room's don't connect, the baconies do.
Berniecruiser Posted January 25, 2013 #9 Share Posted January 25, 2013 My TA told me that if the room's connect, the balconies do not and if the room's don't connect, the baconies do. I was on the Breeze, deck 9 port side. We didn't have a connecting room but, from the balcony it looked like all the balcony doors open. I believe they all open for cleaning purposes. Can anybody confirm that? Also, one more thing. If you would like to face the dock on your balcony when you are at port , pick a port side room.;)
serene56 Posted January 25, 2013 #10 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Also, the balcony in our room a few weeks ago, according to the legend, did not connect with our friends' balcony, but it actually did. I may be wrong, but I think just about all balconies open to the ones next door. the LEgend is a totally different class ship. the balconies connect by opening dividers to the railing. Every other class ship opens the dividers to the cabin wall. If the divider blocks the cabin door you will not be able to have it opened.
