dockyard street festival question

Does anyone know if the street festival at the Dockyards (Destination Dockyards) started this past Tuesday and how it was??

I could be mistaken, but I have heard the the street festival is on Monday night -- same as St. Georges -- with Wednesday night in Hamilton

The Bermuda website said it was to be on Tuesdays, starting sometime in May. I would imagine it's to coincide with the VOS and Grandeur being there on Tuesday nights. No one has mentioned it though.

I think it's under events, but not sure, the information is on that site.

 

I'm just trying to find out if it has started (was suppose to in May) and how it was. No one seems to know. There was a mention in another thread about a beach party at the snorkle park, so I hope that means it did start as I will be there next week!

The festival was suppose to start last Tuesday, May 31, but it was cancelled, I'm not sure the reason, but I assume because of the crappy weather we had, rainy and windy.

Do you know if the dockyard stores stay open late on Tuesday, when the Voyager of the Seas is in port, even if the street festival is cancelled??
