Buy tours at the pier?

I just received a list of shore excursions from carnival for the Destiny this August and they have no turtle tours listed. Can this be purchased at the pier or should I reserve online from an operator of this tour?

online at www.carnival.com on the shore excursions page for Barbados, they show at least 2 turtle encounter tours.

 

What I will warn you about is.. not to expect hundreds of turtles on any kind of turtle tour.

Thanks, I saw that on the CCL web page. I also had CCL email the excursions with the prices and there were no turtle tours on it.
