Now that we have our cruise coming up in May I'm on track to losing weight. I'm down 30 lbs with my program and feeling better than I have in years! I want to lose 30 more lbs before I cruise. I am also cruising in May and want to lose my "winter fluff"! I want to lose at least 15 pounds and really tone up. I use an app called MY FITNESS PAL to count calories...trying to eat 1200 calories per day. And next week I start back in a bootcamp exercise class that meets 3 times per week. I have also used that app in the past, it's pretty good for tracking. Bootcamp sounds great!
