Mikeandme Posted February 1, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2013 DH and I are taking our first cruise on Explorer and have a choice between 1300 and 1320. Which would be better? It looks as though the balcony is a little bigger on 1300, but it's hard to tell from the deck plan. Any suggestions? Both are Cat. OS, and 1320 is mid-hump.
MVPJEFFMVP Posted February 1, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 1, 2013 We typically stay in an OS or RFS if its open. We have been in 1314, 1320 and 1300. We always prefer 1314 or 1320 if they are available. The balconies are small for their room size (although the smaller balcony allows more interior room) but the hump views allow forward and aft sights. Either way you will not be disappointed but believe me, you will never want to cruise anything less than a full suite again.

I don't think that the balcony was any bigger, but being mid hump you could look all the way forward and back.
