Premium Drink Pkg Per Glass vs. a Bottle

I'm traveling with 9 adult family members on the Reflection in March. We wisely took advantage of the 1-2-3 and upgraded to premium beverage pkg. Does Celebrity every make an exception for a bottle of wine not available by the glass to be shared with a group all of whom have the premium package? Ex: a $48 bottle shared by 4 people could work out to $12/per and therefore be "covered"? Thanks in advance!

No. There is a list of wines available by the glass and you would not be able to order bottles of wine to share, even if all have bought the package
