Just off Serenade of the seas from Barcelona to Dubai.On arrivel in Dubai we had to collect our passports from the conferance center.

The queue started in the main restaurant reflections, it took over one and a half hour's to get our passport's.some were over two hour's.

For older people this was a disgrace, what an end to an otherwise good cruise.
