Discover Scuba operators

We're a family of four (kids are 17 and 12) and are seasoned cruisers and snorkelers, but none of us have never tried scuba. For our stop in Cozumel, we're considering a Discover Scuba dive trip to try scuba for the first time. Any recommendations on any of the following companies, specifically related to beginner divers?

 

Scuba Tony - highest rated on TripAdvisor, but some of the FAQs on his web site regarding cruise passengers is making me a little hesitant

 

Alex Scuba - very highly rated on TripAdvisor, previous CC posts look like they work well with cruisers

 

Eagle Ray Divers - seems to be mentioned most on CC, but not as good reviews on TripAdvisor
