Water temp for Snorkeling in Belize in Feb??

We have a port in Belize in Feb next year. We really want to snorkle and wonder now if Feb is too cold and should look at moving it to March. We live in Florida and are used to warm water. Perhaps all we'll need are wetsuits?? Any opinions/experiences??

It was about 77-78 degrees when I was there in January and March diving. I was very comfortable in a 1 mm wetsuit.
