formal attire?

On the 7 night Baltic cruise on the VOyager do I need formal attire? My husband will bring dark suit. He doent want to bring tux this time. how dressed up do they get on this sailing. Thanks

When we did this cruise (2003), there was one formal night which is almost always the situation on an RSSC 7-day cruise. For men, it was tux or dark suit. So, a dark suit will meet the stated policy which applies to the public spaces after 6:00 PM except the Veranda restaurant or, of course, room service. At a guess, less than 50% will be in tuxes (I always am since everytime I were the ting, the cost per wearing declines:) ).

One of the wonderful things about sailing with an upscale line is the whole idea of upscale. If your husband has a tux, he should bring it How much better he will feel when looking dapper.
