Valor Questions

Hi all,

I understand that the Valor went thru dry dock about a year ago. Was she upgraded to Carnival 2.0??

 

If not, what changes did she get while in dry dock??

 

Last time I sailed her was 2008.

I was on the valor in 08, looks like the boat is exactly the same from my memory and pictures. At least from what I can see on the deck plans. from what I can see, the boats that undergo 2.0 tend to get a waterpark style area, more than just a twisty slide.

No, Valor wasn't scheduled to get the FunShip 2.0 upgrades until 2014.

I sailed Valor in 2012 and again last week. The only changes I noticed were the sushi bar was turned into a tasting bar.

Wow, they had the sushi bar on Valor in Dec. Glory had the Taste Bar in Dec. after getting the 2.0 upgrades. I'm surprised they'd give Valor the Taste Bar without the 2.0 upgrades/drydock?

I guess I was hoping for a little more of an "upgrade" after being in dry dock.

 

Is it possible that this dry dock included new capret and more cosmetic upgrades?? Maybe new bedding etc.
