Daylight Savings Time Change Onboard?

We will be on the Freedom in a few weeks, and the "Spring Ahead" Daylight Savings Time change will take place while we're onboard. I'm assuming the ship time will spring ahead as well, to stay on EST, correct?

I'm trying to plan some shore excursions in ports that *don't* observe DST (for example, Tortola), and I'm trying to figure out what times we'll actually be in port.....

I was on a cruise during the march time change and we actually didn't change the clocks on the ship until our last night as we were pulling back into Fort Lauderdale. This was an 8 day on the miracle. It may be tough to determine what the ship will do until you are on it
