Day Use Room

After disembarking from the ship, I have an 8:30 pm flight out of Puerto Rico. I would like to spend the day at a resort on the beach. I was interested in geting a day room at the Wyndham El San Juan, since I have always wanted to see this resort. However, they are charging $125 + 22% tax for the use of the room just for the day. Is the El San Juan worth it? Does anyone have any other suggestions? I would certainly appreciate it!

We too needed a day room for our Mercury cruise out of San Francisco. Our flight home was at 11:45pm the day the cruise returned. Not knowing of any day rates, I chose to try priceline. We got a great place for $50. We arrived around 9-9:30am and leaving our luggage before our room was ready was no problem while we went out sight-seeing.

I'm sure it would work in any city-so I would suggest checing into Priceline!
