Triumph late leaving March 30, 2012

I found this article that says a lawyer for Concordia plaintiffs siezed the the Triumph last March 30th in Galveston. I will bet there was a thread last year where everyone wondered why the Triumph was late leaving port. Looks like the answer was this lawyer held it up.

 

Perhaps the 2000 passengers who had thier cruise cut short by him should sue him for shortening their vacation.
