Will this be able to be changed? I swear things keep going weird since this cruise was booked.... stressing out now.
sthelder Posted February 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2013 I gathered that your booking was made using the correct passport but the web check-in was done wrongly? Based on my own experience with MSC US website, even after I checked in, I realise I could go back, change my personal information and re-submit (apparently up to 24 hours before the sail date). The next time I open up the web check-in page, the website has stored/pre-loaded with the new information. On Rome shuttle transfer, sorry that I could not find the contact we used before. But I wrote to romashuttle dot com and this is what they replied: "Thank you for contacting romashuttle.com! The cost for your request is 90 euro for a shared service or 120 euro for a private service. (note: I requested for Civitavecchia port to FCO transfer service for two adults based on your expected disembarkation date/time) No extra costs for payment in euro cash to the driver. If you wish to pay by credit card please add an extra 5% and let us know in advance with your credit card details. To book with us please fill out the reservation form on www.romashuttle.com Kind regards. Alfredo Costabile General Manager +390668300621"
