worldspan Posted February 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2013 Considering Millenium's late April re-positioning cruise from Shanghai to Seward. Concerned of how cold the weather might be on the leg from Kobe to Seward. Anyone with experience having sailed this area at that time of year and what to expect on the weather ? Thanks! Worldspan We're doing a similar cruise, repositioning from Kobe, Japan, to Vancouver, via Kodiak and Ketchikan. I'm taking clothes for any sort of weather - will be dressing in layers. I'm expecting it to be cold in the North Pacific and the Bering Sea (yes, I've watched "The Deadliest Catch"). I'm also taking precautions against sea-sickness. Enjoy your cruise. We had 2 happy weeks on Millennium several years ago.
