Chirpbird Posted February 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2013 Yes, I know there have been a plethora of 123Go promotion threads. This one specifically addresses paying for a premium upgrade on the 123G0 promos. I logged on to X's website today because everyone made me nervous in the last two days. The extra amount due ($92/pers) was not showing on my account, so I called the general number. The person who looked up my reservation said it is showing on his system. Long story short (too late), you may just want to call X to see if it's currently showing you owe money on your booking. Also, FYI...I am past my final payment date on this particular cruise. I asked when I needed to pay it by, and he said I should try to do it before I board. (That doesn't mean you can't upgrade to premium onboard. It means I upgraded to premium already, and I should just pay it now.)

Also, I was told Celebrity would contact me for payment after they processed the upgrade to Premium. Seems a bit silly to chase a company to see if I owe them money if they haven't let me know that I actually owe them money. If I don't see a balance due on on my on-line account or they don't contact me via phone or email, I'll pay on-board. We have a large OBC. A good way to use some of it! :)
