It does include them & a great thing about it is that if a drink is over the price limit then you just have to pay the difference.

 

Make sure you don't miss he molecular bar.

we love the premium package...it makes the Martini Bar alot of fun! I drink alot of Evian, Perrier and Pellegrino which are included in premium package. DH and I have had fun trying different beers too. happy sailing.

 

If you go to the celebrity cruises FAQ section and click on the premium package there is a hyperlink that when clicked a list pulls up with some of the drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic).
