Enough time for Capt Marvin's?

We are in Grand Cayman 8am-3pm. If we do the 11:15 2-stop Stingray City, is that too close for comfort? It says it is 2.5-2.75 hours dock to dock. Thoughts?

We're in port on the Freedom of the Seas from 8-4 and we're doing the 8:30 2-Stop tour followed by the 1:00 Turtle Farm/Hell tour, and we should be back to the dock by 2:45. That's probably cutting it too close for leaving at 3:00, but you should have plenty of time if you do the 11:15.

To give you more time, you could do the 10:00-1:00 3-Stop Tour...
