My Instant Notifications haven't work right in months. Not sure what is going on. Drove me crazy for a while - now I just know to bookmark the threads I want to follow because I don't know day to day if I'm going to get a notification.

I have been getting mine. I also just go to user cp to look at all the threads I have subscribed to.
