Seven Seas Mariner May 20, 2005, 13-day Alaska cruise

Recommended Posts

We have just returned from our Alaska 'Pacific Coastal' cruise on the Seven Seas Mariner: Los Angeles to Vancouver. The cruise theme was "Theatre at Sea". On board were many stars from Broadway and Hollywood, including Patricia Neal, Gena Rowlands, Ed Asner, Cliff Robertson, Karen Mason, Lee Roy Reams, and the very legendary Kitty Carlisle Hart! Their theatrical performances only enhanced our more-than-perfect cruise. Seven Seas has to be the very best cruise line in business today. True, Seven Seas charges more, but they are very much worth it! We have no complaints about any thing at all and have already signed up for another 'Theatre at Sea' cruise in 2006. Beverly Rollins

Hi, and welcome back!

I too did a Theatre at Sea cruise on the Old Royal Viking Sun! Cliff Robertson and Patricia Neal performed the play "Love Letters" for us. We also enjoyed Alan Arkin, Jeanne Stapleton and several other "stars". What did they perform on your cruise? Was this part of the New York Theatre Guild?

Great memories, thanks for reminding me!
