seventhwardhustler Posted March 1, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2013 have you ever been denied online or at the gate? i'm wondering whether to reserve or not. in previous reviews, i've seen estimates of about 40-50 folks present on any given day. i'll be there 5/31/13. i'd rather stay flexible and not reserve. cruzkitty Posted March 1, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2013 I tried to reserve Nachi for our small group last year almost six months ahead, and it was fully booked for the Day! They had a group that had reserved the entire resort for the Day....

So instead of giving them a deposit of $8 or so, which you will lose if you decide to do something else, you would prefer to spend $15+ in a taxi to get there to see if it is booked? And then more taxi money to get to someplace else if it is booked?
CENTEX CRUISER Posted March 1, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Just book it ahead with a small deposit and your mind will be at ease. We were there a couple of years ago, and there were 12 people, but you never know. We had booked that ahead with Island Marketing..

CENTEX CRUISER Posted March 2, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 2, 2013 If you need to cancel ahead of time I don't believe they would charge you..We paid the balance in cash, so if we had not shown up and they charged my CC , I would just do a billing dispute.. The website says they will charge the balance to your card that you booked with if you don't show.

relic937 Posted March 21, 2013 #8 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Should we book direct through the Nachi Cocum resort website or Island Marketing? Just a little nervous about putting my credit card out there.......
JohninDC Posted March 21, 2013 #9 Share Posted March 21, 2013 I've always booked direct with Nachi and never had an issue; I think they take paypal if you are concerned. Good luck! :)
