Enchantment 4 day Menus?

I have done some reading on the boards and still haven't figured out what the menu line up might be for my upcoming 4 night Bahamas cruise on Enchantment out of Port Canaveral on May 27. I know I have some time but I'm in planning mode already! There are 5 of us and we would like to book a night at Chops without missing anything too great in the MDR.

 

Anybody have any info?
