Booking Credit

So I've been waiting for a 250 OBC to be applied to my account for a deposit from last years cancelled cruise... Woke up this morning to find a refund to my credit card of 200.00, the refund is listed as a "Booking charge/credit" on the "my cruise manager". I assumed I'd be given an OBC since I've already paid the cruise in full, but sure enough, it was a refund on the page, and a refund to my card has already hit. Anyone know if this is how they do it now?

I'm not sure if the money they gave back to me was for that reason or something else.

I've only heard of people getting an on board credit, not an actual refund. Just wondering if others have gotten a refund instead of an OBC
