gratamama Posted March 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2013 we're officially in late dining, I guess, which i really do not want. What are the chances of getting to the ATD status?

Rare sailawaybellaluna Posted March 10, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 10, 2013 This happened to us when we booked the Inspiration last minute (due to the Triumph disaster), and I was very worried about getting late dining since we have a toddler! If you call Carnival, they do have a way to call "Dining" to see how full different dining options are, and they can note in your reservation that you'd really like ATD. This is what we did. As soon as we checked in for our cruise, our cards said we had it and I was so happy! If that's not the case when you board, the maitre'd is usually available around 1pm - 1:30pm in front of the main dining room to take special requests and make changes. They may not take effect for the first night, but hopefully, for the remainder of your cruise. Good luck!
