question about cigars

Can I buy a good cigar on the Breeze? Is it a better idea to buy them in Miami and carry them on board?

My DH is a cigar smoker and says the prices on the ship is too much. He brings some and also gets them on the islands and brings back onboard. Word of caution make sure they have a label on them.

I do remember hearing that about the label. My best friend is getting married on the cruise, and that is all the excuse I need to have a good cigar and a glass of scotch to welcome him to the club!! :)

I would buy some and carry them on. That's what I always do. The ship sells some good cigars but they are priced higher than you would pay at your local shops.

I would bring mine with me as I did on the Pride. I did buy one from the ship, in the Starry Nights Lounge one night simply because i wanted to try a new smoke. the prices ranged from $4.00 for a small infused cigarette type smoke, to $13.00 for the most expensive stick, which I think cost like $8.00 at home. The FunShop Store did have some AF Short Stories for $14.00, which is also overpriced.

Also another tip: if he is looking trying one of them island smokes tell him authentic Cubans are not packed in 5ct boxes with a glass lid.

If your stopping in Nassau you can get some real nice sticks fresh and cheap. I always bring 10 with me for the cruise and buy a nice Box for home...
