New Orleans Terminal - Suite Question

Going on the Star in two weeks.... have a suite... question - do they have priority security lines similar to the airport or do we have to wait in line with everyone?

If I remember correctly, everyone goes through the same security lines. It's the embarkation lines after security that are segregated. But the security line didn't take long, maybe 15-20 minutes. And that's pushing it.

Yes the security line is the same but once you get past that they put you in a room with other suite guest and you get to go on the ship from there. As the other poster said the line did not take long but we were there pretty early.

If you are at the terminal between 1030 and 11 you will be in the suite area in less than 10 minutes. Later in the day security can take 30 min or so.

Just off the Star today - we were through security in less than 5 minutes. Then had to wait for Suite check-in because the group disembarking that day was late getting off the boat - today, we carried our own luggage off with priority disembarkation with the Concierge and were in our car and heading out of town by 7:45 AM.

You wait in the security line with everyone else. No priority security line.
