Question re: price drop form

The Pvp's don't know everything. We upgraded to a better cabin. PVP told me he couldn't book the cabin, he needed his supervisor to do some sort of override. He also told me to submit the form. supervisor booked the cabin for us and said we didn't need to submit the form after all.

Got what we wanted with minimal effort.

I never call--I don't have time to sit on hold for an hour or two nor the patience to deal with customer service people who often know less about the rates than I do. :p I submit the form and it takes anywhere from a couple hours to several days. I've been waiting this past week on, I think three forms and they were all processed today. I don't mind waiting to hear back on the form--would rather do that than sit on hold. :D
