I saw a price drop on a cabin on the same category and took a screen shot. I sent it to my TA (and called and left a message as well) and he came back a day later saying that since the cabin is not available anymore, I do not qualify. So I am a little erked by the fact that it took him 14 hours to return my email and Voicemail. Is there no way for Carnival to verify that the cabin WAS available at the lower price? firefly333 Posted March 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted March 22, 2013 Your TA is just lazy as they should know if they are competent and know the rules that it does not matter if the rate is now gone.. they can tell carnival the date and time when the rate was there and get it adjusted for you up until midnight the night before carnival's final payment date.
