Civitavecchia Duty free / or Shop?

We are Flying from the UK to Rome on a fly cruise deal on the Navigator June. I dont want to risk putting wine in my luggage for the flight in case it breaks. Ok on the way home lol but not on the way there.

 

However has any one else done a fly cruise deal with RCI? is there a shop / duty free you can access at the dock in Civitavecchia? This would mean we could buy our two bottles of wine there before boarding the ship.
