Hotel/Shuttle Help

We are sailing on the Ecstacy Oct 26. Am considering staying in the Cocoa Beach area for one night (pre cruise) or Port Canaveral area but, am confused about the port shuttles. Some posters indicate some hotels have a free shuttle to the port. Can anyone tell me which these are? The cruise packages I have looked at all include parking which I do not require. I see no cheaper rates for shuttle only. Is there a nice hotel where you can just pay a shuttle fee for each person or that really is free? I saw on here that most hotels use Travelynx. I am not familiar with this company. Do they send large buses and take hoards of people like the Carnival buses do? I want to get to the port early and fear Travelynx won't get me there early enough (like no later than 10:30). Also is there still a free shuttle from the port to a surf shop that is close to the Radisson hotel? Looking for post cruise hotel as well as we sail on the Dream Nov 2nd and thought maybe stay at the Radisson. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

We booked Best Western on N. Atlantic Ave for our cruise in Oct. They said they don't provide a shuttle to and from airport. But the shuttle to the cruise port is $6.

We hired a private transportation company to pick us up at the airport and bring us back after the cruise. I emailed and called several companies and ended up booking with Busy Traveler Transportation. Their rate wasn't the lowest I received but the communication was fantastic! So we went with them.
