Hotel-what is the best price you ever...

What hotel have you had at the best price in the month of February? Looking for next year and wondering about pricing. Have tentatively booked Best Western. Like the fact it has breakfast & non smoking, but still wondering if there is a better location for restaurants?

 

Cruising out of Pan Am with Royal.
