FREEDOM-RCL Wine Policy

I just read that on RCL ships you are allowed to bring two bottles of wine, NO spirits or Beer, am I correct I know this is the Celebrity(owned by RCL) policy but is this new for all RCL ship, Freedom of the Seas?

You are correct - you can carry on 2 bottles of wine per stateroom.
