Juice boxes for medical reasons

Yes, that is a good idea. My wife is a diabetic too and we travel with all sorts of supplies/food to ensure we can handle any emergencies. When traveling by air, you have to be ready for plane delays, and re-directs where food may not be immediately available.

 

Since we are flying in and taking along liquids is rather difficult and we won't be able to get to a Walgreens, we did pre-order the juice package and will have 6 bottles of juice in our cabin. Yes, it is relatively expensive option, but I view it as insurance. One can never be to prepared.
