Check it out...Valor AFT webcam up and running

Recommended Posts

WOW - so glad this cam is up and running. I usually check the Valor cam once a day and this is great to have the second cam finally working! The more I watch this ship on cam, the more I want her to be our next Carnival ship....

SHe should be in GC today from 9-5

I think I'm losing my mind. You jest about it bringing a "tear to your eye", but I swear to you I get weepy watching the stupid Carnival commericals now and even looking through my pictures. I know, the best way to cure PCD is to book your next cruise, but we're not planning to go again til 2008, :o .

That looks like when I will cruise next too, unless something wonderful happens. We have to take 5 now, so it is always two cabins! In 3 years, oldest stepdaughter will graduate from High school and that will be her present.

Well I will be on her next march and will try the Internet deal since it finally has the rear Webcam working, I will schedule a time and date where I can sit there and wave at everyone from the cam and message everyone on here. :)

I haven't been on these boards for about 3 days, so I don't know if this was already posted. I checked the Valor webcam and the second one works. I was hoping for a better view, it looks like it's in a window. Does anybody have a picutre of where it is located? Does anybody know if any other ships have the webcam?

Here is the link:

http://www.mediacons.it/infoCarnival/ShipInfo.asp?name=Valor

It shows the other camera being behind the Funnel, I was hoping for it to be there, but it's not. So I think they should change that location.

NOTE: Look how nice and clear the water in Cozumel is. It's so beautiful, I wish I was there.

I am sailing the Destiny in Sept 2006 for about 1600 for 4 in an inside cabin.

Add airfares (if you don't have frequent flier miles), transfers, tips, spending $$, etc and you're easily in the $4-5k range for your $1,600 trip.

WOW-- I have never spent that kind of money for our cruises. First cruise with 4 of us in an inside cabin we spent a total of 2000 for cruise airfare and excursions...only did one that cruise.

Now that the kids are all grown up-- we get a balcony and even with that-- I have never spent over 2000 total.
