Questions Regarding the Welcome to the Islands of Bahamas Form?

I am leaving for my first cruise in just over 2 1/2 weeks. I have some questions regarding section 2 that I am hoping you can help me with.

 

TRAVEL AGENCY NAME: Acency we booked through

 

CITY OF TRAVEL AGENCY: City of agency we booked through

 

INTENDED STAY (NIGHTS): What do we put here since we are only on Princess Cays for the day? Would is be 0 nights?

 

TYPE OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: We wouldn't put anything here cause we aren't staying over, right?

 

HOTEL NAME OR INTENDED ADDRESS: Again, we would put nothing here cause we aren't staying over right?

 

TRIP PURPOSE: Vacation

 

NUMBER OF VISITS IN LAST 5 YEARS: First Visit

 

 

Thank you for any help that you can give me. I have heard they don't really look at it, but I will still like it to be accurate.

All of that info looks fine. If you wish to be totally accurate, "NUMBER OF VISITS IN LAST 5 YEARS: First Visit" would be 0. :)

Just leave that stuff blank. And remember, don't send the forms to Princess. Carry them with you. They will be collected when you embark.
