As far as I know, you can still visit the beach you just can't take any of the glass. The sign did not say, No Trespassing.

Just to clarify: are both signs that you mentioned on the Glass Beach and thus Black Bay is fair game for glass picking? Or is it a sign per beach?

I believe WEDCO owns the property that includes Black Bay and the sea glass beach. Any sign posted by WEDCO would be for all their property.
