Shuttle Bus to Xcaret?

I periodically read on some posts about a shuttle bus from Calica to Xcaret. Is this something you get by booking an Xcaret tour through the ship, or is there a shuttle bus that will take anyone to Xcaret (even if you don't book through a cruise ship). Thanks.

In addition to hoping for an answer to the shuttle question. Can anyone tell me if we have time to do the following: We want to do the FAT Cat snorkel tour which is in Puerto Adventuras, then when it is over around 3pm take a taxi to Xcaret. Will there be time to see most of Xcaret, our ship doesn't leave until 9pm so we would probably leave the Xcaret around 7-8pm. Does a shuttle run that late, or do we need a taxi?
