I'm a nut and check fare viewer cpl times a day....did it today nothing...did a mock booking and there was a VIFP /past guest rate. 40 bucks cheaper for the interior room we booked....went and did our balcony room and nothing there ...went back ran the interior again to get the info to submit reduction and it was gone !!....that fast ... A matter of 1 min....make u say hmmmm
