Debarkation time on Millennium?

It usually takes 2 hours to clear the ship from the time it arrives in Fort Lauderdale. On our cruise in April we arrived at 7:00 AM, but they didn't start letting people off the ship until 9:15 AM or so. We got off at 9:45 AM and we were in the middle of debarkation so I guess everyone was off by about 10:15/10:30 or so.
