Hi, we are wanting to do a Canada/New England cruise this October. We are tossing up between two cruises on the Caribbean Princess. One departs on 12th October and the other on 19th October. Which would be the best for fall foliage colour. i.e. Bar Harbor on 16th or 22nd October; Halifax on 14th or 24th October; St John on 15th or 23rd October. Also if anyone knows of good private fall foliage shore tours at these ports. Thanks for your input.

I would do the cruise that puts you in Bar Harbor on 10/16 for the better foliage. In general, BH has the best foliage on or about Columbus Day (10/12).
