Best Western Fort Lauderdale

Has anyone stayed at the "new" Best Western Fort Lauderdale Inn hotel? I was going to stay at the Best Western Oceanside but have seen some very negative reviews on Travelocity. Your comments, as always, are greatly appreciated.

I saw that the Best Western that they are saying is new is the Pelican Beach Resort. Also there is an old section that is smoking and the new that is not. I haven't stayed there but read this on-line.

We have stayed at the BW Oceanside and DO NOT recommend it!
